Easy Chicken Marinade
This is a simple homemade marinade for chicken fillets or kebabs. Seasoned well and if the day is good, can be cooked on a barbecue, or if not simply pan-fried or oven roasted. They are served with a great selection of colourful vegetables, making them even more pleasing to the eye. Be honest with yourself, would you not love to have this dish served up and then enjoy some guilt-free chocolate Easter Treats. Nothing tastes nicer or sweeter than weight loss!
Time needed: 12 days.
Easy Chicken Marinade
- Ingredients :
1/ 2 cup rapeseed oil
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, crushed
Freshly ground black pepper
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into a ziplock bag and add the chicken pieces.
Marinate for at least an hour in the fridge, or preferably overnight.
Use the marinade as a baste, while grilling on the BBQ.
