The Maris Piper potatoes are great for steaming and are perfect for this dish.
Or you can bake from scratch.
Heat the beans in a small pot about 5 minutes before the potato is ready.

Pre-Heat the oven to 180 -
Pierce the potato, and place on a baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes until cooked through
Steam then Bake

Pre steam the potato for 20 minutes.
Bake for the final 10 until the skin is nice & crusty.

Cut the skin down the centre with a knife.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Spoon the beans into the centre and serve.
