Ingredients
  • 1 Broghie Cracker or any preferred cracker/crispbread
  • 100 g Tuna
  • 1/2 Red Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Beetroot
  • 1/2 tbsp Sweetcorn
  • 2 tsp Low fat / Taco Mayonaise
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. This cracker is best prepared just before eating it. Broghies are found in most major supermarkets - 23 cals in each one.
  2. Layer up the cracker & enjoy!
