Homemade Muesli

Homemade Muesli is so easy to make! Simply prepare the night before & it is ready to eat from the fridge!

  • 1 oz uncooked porridge oats
  • - variety of chopped fresh or frozen fruits
  • 1 cup fat free yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Divide into layers 1oz uncooked porridge oats, variety of chopped fresh or frozen fruits & fat-free yoghurt. It is best to start with the fruit, then the oats and followed by the fruit. Continue until the ingredients are used.
  2.  Place into a serving glass or even a travel mug, if you are taking it to work! Place into a refrigerator for at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight, to allow the oats to absorb the fruit and yoghurt.
