- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Boil & cool 1 cup long grain rice. Place in a bowl.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion. Add fresh/frozen cooked prawns. 1 tin sweetcorn.
- Halve & deseed a pepper & fill rice mixture into each half.
- Sprinkle Formaggio Da Pasta ( it's a dry cheese found in the pasta aisle) over it & bake in oven for 15 minutes.
