Valentines Love Finger Food with these baby back ribs seasoned with a dry rub.

Ingredients
  • 2 Pork Loin Rack of Ribs
  • 1 tbsp English Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Spanish Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Pepper
Instructions
  1. Remove the fine membrane at the back of the ribs using a sharp knife & your fingers. In a bowl, mix all the dry seasoning.
  2. Spread the mustard over the ribs, back & front. You can leave out the mustard if you want!
  3. Rub the seasoning well into the front & back of the ribs.
  4. Lay the ribs on tin foil & cover. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Optional, brush some bbq sauce on about 10 minutes before the end and return to the oven to heat through. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes.#fingerfood
