Ingredients
  • 100 g Baked Beans
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Crispbreads
Instructions
  1. In a small pan, heat the beans. Cook the egg to your preferred liking by poaching or frying. See the poached egg recipe in the Breakfast's section of the drop-down menu.
  2. To fry, if you have a non stick pan, that is perfect. But if not, add less than a capful of rapeseed oil to the pan & allow to heat but not overheat. Crack the egg and cook to your preferred liking.
