In a small pan, heat the beans.
Cook the egg to your preferred liking by poaching or frying.

To fry, if you have a non stick pan, that is perfect.
But if not, add less than a capful of rapeseed oil to the pan & allow to heat but not overheat.
Crack the egg and cook to your preferred liking.
