Chicken Fillet Breasts

Light or Extra light Cream Cheese

Finely Chopped Chives

Chilli Flakes

Slices Parma ham
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°
Mix the cheese, chives, chilli flakes, black pepper in a bowl

Make an incision down the middle of the chicken.
You could also tenderise the chicken, by placing it in a food saver bag - pounding it with a rolling pin - and then opening it in to a butterfly shape.
Whichever way - it will be tasty!

Fill each portion of chicken with the cheese mix - being careful not to overfill!

It depends on the size of the Parma Ham slices. Each portion may take 2 slices or you may prefer to use less! Place on a baking sheet.

Cook for 35 - 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
