- Heat the Grill and place the bacon under to cook
- Add a teaspoon of rapeseed oil to the pan. Heat and then add the egg. Cook to your preferred taste - soft, medium or hard.
- Slice the tomato and serve either grilled with the bacon or cold.
- Season with some freshly ground black pepper
