Valentines Salmon Starter Recipe using smoked salmon, served with Avocado Salsa and Prawns.

- Avocado Salsa
Instructions
- Mix the salmon, pepper, lemon rind and crème fraîche in a bowl, cover with cling film.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours if possible and ideally overnight. Avocado Salsa
- Place the chopped radish and cucumber in a bowl.
- Add the pepper and lemon juice
- Peel the Avocado and remove the stone.
- Add the Avocado to the bowl and mash to preferred consistency. Some people like it really sommoth, others like a bite of bite to it.
- If the prawns are raw - simply stir fry and chill.
- These are nicely served in a glass. Start with the smoked salmon, add the avocado salsa and top with the prawns.
